Prior to Jim’s focus on real estate investment sales, Jim coordinated all aspects of Property Management operations that included; information technology, budgeting, planning, forecasting, accounting and finance, facility management and building operations. Jim’s 40 years in the real estate industry bring a diversity of experience from residential land development, Multifamily Investment Sales, office and retail leasing, and commercial property management.

Jim has specialized in Multifamily Investment Sales for the past 30 years, closing over 5,000 units, totaling nearly a Billion in sales, with properties located in Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona and California. Before his own business pursuits, Jim was a consistent top producer for both national and local real estate investment companies specializing in multi-family investments.

Jim graduated from Brigham Young University 1985 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance and Marketing.
